Operations Staff:  An Operations Manager is assigned to your account as your main point of contact.  Your Operations Manager will ensure that you receive the high level of service required for your property.

Field Supervisors:  Our field supervisors are a major resource in helping CWP to maintain our high standards and smooth operations.   Field supervisors are assigned to geographical locations rather than to a specific client.  Their primary duty is to supervise our onsite officers and conduct surprise inspections.  Field supervisors can also serve as backup officers, so that no post is ever left unfilled.

In-House Dispatchers:  Clients love our 24-7 live, in-house dispatch center.  There are many benefits to in-house dispatch:   Our dispatchers can respond immediately to after-hours client calls.  The dispatchers are on the premises, in your time zone and familiar with your account, and they ensure that your needs are responded to promptly and courteously.
