At CWP, we have instituted very efficient operating systems to help our business run smoothly.  If it’s not efficient, it’s out!  Since the security industry is highly dependent on communication, we incorporate any technology that helps us protect clients and facilitates clear communication between us and those we serve.  For instance, to ensure that our officers can document and report incidents immediately, we equip each patrol car with a laptop computer, digital camera and cell phone.  But rather than bore you with surveillance industry terminology or dazzle you with high-tech brand names, we invite you to read about the operating systems we have developed.  These systems are at the core of what will make us the right company for you.

Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD):

Our effectively integrated technology ensures that at CWP, we’re all on the same page.  When we receive a call for service at your property, our dispatchers enter it into our CAD system.  Security officers read and respond directly to these dispatches, eliminating scope for error.

Towing Verification System (TVS):

Tows are authorized by our watch commander, who first verifies the tow using the TVS feature of our database. Our computer system displays safelists, parking permits, etc., so that we can follow your towing rules to the letter. 

Patrol Accountability System (PAS):

Clients love ourstate-of-the-art Patrol Accountability System.  This electronic monitoring system guarantees that patrol checks are executed as promised, so our customers maintain perfect peace of mind.  Our WebTech GPS system records 24-7, real-time information about the position of our patrol drivers by putting a ‘virtual fence’ around the properties we patrol and tracking the frequency and duration of CWP’s visits.  We can generate patrol activity reports at your convenience.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

When you talk to one of us, you’re talking to all of us.  Every client contact is inputted into our customer relationship management database.  This allows the entire CWP team to know what’s going on with your property at all times.

Ranking, Recognition and Rewards(RRR):

We use a computerized ranking system to rate officers bimonthly on several performance criteria.  This competitive, rewards-based system encourages our employees to excel and rewards them for outstanding service.
